If these chances are independent what is the probability that the problem will be solves if they work together?
Shawnelle has 1-.13% = .87% chance of NOT solving of not solving the problem.

Jack has 1-.90 = .10% chance of NOT solving the problem.
Solution: 1 - (.87 x . 74 x .10) = 1 - 0.06438 = 0.93562 or around 93.5%.
alright so first i will find the probability of them NOT solving the probability

then i subtract: 1-.07308
and i get .92692 so
the probabilty of them solving the problem is
93 percent

Then you have to subtract THE WHOLE - P(NOT GETTING IT)
